Kites

Manufacturer Peter Lynn
Model Synergy
Kite Size (metres) 15

I bought this kite in august last year but never had a good session all winter to fly.

First Impressions

The bag is up to the usual standard of PL and is awesomely well built.

it has enough pockets to hold all your gear, spars, kite (folded or with spars in) and anything esle.

On opening the kite is in brillaint colours (mine is Green/red/yellow, but also comes in Blue/White/Red or Light blue/ Yellow/Black)

In comes with:

- Sand Bag

-Compression Strap

-Bar and lines (if bought RTF)

-Beenie Hat

- DVD and all the other usual stuff you get with kites.

Flying and setting up

As with all Arcs it sets up without any hassle as long as you know what your doing with them.

As with recent arcs it comes with the Launch Assistant which helps launch without any help.

It inflates quickly and doesnt collapse easily in the air.

When in the air it shoots straight to the zenith and sits there perfectly.

Through the turns it moves very quickly for the size of kite compared to the Phantom which turns much slower.

Air

this thing really lifts! has a perfect amount of upward lift and produces nice long floaty jumps with a very fast upwards pull.

will get it out on the water in the next month or so and will see what it can really do powered up.

Problems

the only fault i can give it is the lack of care with initial set up by Peter Lynn. it took quite a bit of tweeking to get it flying properly.

it still isn't flying perfectly and has too much pressure on the rear lines. however this should be easy to fix.

just a little intention to detail they should have sorted before it left the factory.

I bought mine in New Zealand and had it shipped to the UK. even with the Customs and Duty on the kite it was still about 200 quid cheaper than buying it in the uk.

Anyways i'll give it a 9/10 almost perfect.
