This must be the best chippie I’ve visited in a long time......my chippie favourite is white pudding (oatmeal, onions and a few other bits and pieces for those that haven’t encountered it!)
At St Johns it’s outstanding, just the right amount of light crispy batter and always beautifully cooked. The chips always taste freshly cooked and when Owain has fish I have to nick a bit of it as well!
Spotlessly clean, well priced and friendly staff, not always easy to get parked at the door but plenty parking on side streets.
Next time you’re in the Capital give it a try.
