Well TK are now back from Tiree and what a week it was.
Photos can now be found on the Gallery and the official video will be available in the next couple of weeks. Owain has approx 2.5 hours of video of his own to edit and there is video which has been taken by others also on its way to him for use within the final video.
You can read everyones comments about the trip on the forum but this post by TK Team member Judith sums it up perfectly:
"Good company, good wind, plenty sunshine, good food and a bottle of Jura.
Great to see the regular TK onTiree crew and some new faces.
As TK trips go this is up there with the best, XSails definatley gave another dimension to the trip, when we could get Shoni and Iona off them.
Plenty buggying and the rare sight of both JimPatt and I in our buggies.
Mark had the water on Gott bay mostly to himself with a perfect week of southerlies making lovely onshore kitesurfing conditions.
A great day spent on Friday at Balinoe where strange ball games were invented by Mr Buggy, kayaking, big kites and general lazing around was the order of the day.
A big thanks to everyone on the trip for making it such good fun, thanks for welcoming Shoni and Iona, they have booked their places next year and we hope their sister Cara will be there as well, thanks to our house mates Jim and Mark for being such good company, special thanks to Elaine, Aaran and Laura and all the staff at the Cobbled Cow and Elephants End for the fantastic food.
Next years planning starts soon to allow for cottage bookings, hope you will all be there for TK on Tiree 6 "
