What a great day!
TractionKiting.co.uk headed over to the west coast on Sunday (27th Sept) for their first Chill and Ride session at Stevenston, Ayrshire. Owain and Judith took the TK Van and arrived at 9am with a nice steady wind blowing and a cloudy sky, fingers were crossed that the weather would hold and allow us to have a good first West Side Chill and Ride.
About 11am a light shower came down but it didnt dampen anyone's mood as it gave people time to put faces to user names, chat and get to know each other a bit better and make new friends, a rough head count should us that 22 people had made the journey to Stevenston from as far north as Aberdeen and as far south and Stranraer.
A great mixture of people from the TK Forum attended the meet along with some new faces who have since joined the site.
Landboarders, buggiers and recreational fliers all attended and had a brilliant time with a steady wind blowing the entire day and no further rain showers everyone agreed it was a success.
Owain and Judith would like to thank everyone who attended and have since given them feedback for them both to think about and chat to the TK team about for the next Chill and Ride, where ever it may be!
