Just read the below on the Tiree Community Web Site

Was this last year or has it just been done and will have the ribbon cutting ceremony nex month on Thursday 2 July?

The Co-operative Store in Scarinish has been re-fitted at a cost of £350,000. The 'new look' includes the new green corporate identity now widely used on mainland stores. The interior has been modernised and re-furbished giving a lighter and more spacious feel.
Local children will perform the ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday 2 July at 10am.

Also since the telephone number is shown,we're phoning them before we leave for tiree just to find out how well they're stocked on vegetarian stuff,just don't fancy living on salads for two weeks

They have a good range. As it's part of the coop group they have to stock the range that all other stores in Scotland that are the same size stock. So it has a good fresh and frozen range. What date are you going over Billy? Are you on the same boat as the rest of us? 31st.

nah we're up for the last week in july along with the first week in august(TK in tiree) so will probably be on the same boat as everyone else on the way back after that week

Just drive up through the night and if early park in the q. Not allowed on the pier overnight anymore.
