alright all 4 Years ago  
Hey hows it going,am jamie 22, from oakley near dunfermline. Well a see a lot of you have been kiting for a while but a just started before christmas there and am well hooked, it all started when me and ma m8 got these cheap wee stunt kites that were on sale for £3.50 in a local sports shop and when a checked some kite videos out on you tube a seen some for power kiting and instantly a was like (gie me a shot o that) now ive got maself a PKD BusterII 5.0m and control bar and harness. although ive just been scudding about and doing wee jumps and stuff the now, a was up at St. Andrews at the weekend there and had a shot of the landboard and am gonna get 1 with ma next college bursary. I thought i would just join this forum and that so a could get tips and some ideas of places to go from people who actually know what there doing, so feel free ta leave me a message. c ya 4 now

i think i saw you at st andrews the other day? you were getting on great with the board... i think rob was chatting to you for a bit, meant to pop over and say hello proper... will catch you next time your down anyway

Alright neeba i that was either me or ma m8 like a was the 1 wi the dreads at the top, should be back up there the next time got the day off college and its a good day for it so al look out for yas like, that rob was sayin yous go up there quite a bit and also to shell bay or summit, al need to check that out sometime aswell. take it easy m8

Welcome to the TK forum!

We are at St Andrews most weekend just look out for the TK van or the TK car, both will have TK flags flying from them.....One word of advice, respect the 5m kite, for a first kite its a big one! If you think its too windy for it, don't take it out. Live to fly another day so to speak

We are based in Inverkeithing and once the nights get lighter we will be searching out some local areas to fly at. Watch this space

ahh cool

shelllbay is a pretty good kitesurf spot but not really usable for landboarding, the sand is generally too soft and the hard patches are often too small to use... we are currently looking for some more usable landboard spots so watch this space...

Awrite Owain, aye al look out for your flags like thats sound and your only down the road aswell so thats pretty handy. A know what you mean about the 5m aswell i never realised how much power these things pack its pretty awesome, av already got some decent bruises so am gonna hav ta watch wot im doing with it. Aye a cant wait till the better wheather comes in so if you find some decent spots ya should gie me a shout. Cheers for the advice tho neeber thats bang on. c ya bud

ahhright sound the kitesurfing looks quality aswell like, be a while before a try that tho. am actually looking for a landboard the now so have you got any idea wot a decent board al b for me starting up with because a was loving it up at st andrews at the weekend there like.
