Helloooooo! 1 Year, 6 Months ago

Hiya everybody,
Hope you don't mind but I'm from South of the border, Durham. But kinda liked your forum much better than others. Been landboarding for about 2 years now, usually Beadnell Bay or Druridge Bay in Northumberland if winds are NNE to SSE. Definitely worth a visit (land/water) if you're down this way.
Don't get out as much as I'd like but definitely gonna give St. Andrews and Sandhead a visit soon. Hope to see some of you there!
Neil

Hiya Iain
Luv gettin up to Scotland. Never been boardin up there yet though, or been as far over as Stranraer area, sounds great from what I've heard. Luce Sands looks massive. Is it right most wind directions are flyable?
I'm only still gettin it together, but started doing some jumps last six months. Started with a 2m and then 4m Beamer, and then got a PL Twister 2 7.7m. Big difference in power but gettin used to it now.
Gonna try and get some time off in a couple of months and get up to Luce Sands. Let you know when I can get something sorted and might see you there.
Take it easy!

Nine miles of it and yes most directions are flyable, anything east is onshore, west can sometimes be a little lumpy, as with north and south, but its all good
give me a shout when you get to head up this way dude, I'm in Sandhead, about 200m for the beach
there's a great campsite right on the bay(sands of luce).
