Radsail Buggy 3 Years, 9 Months ago
Anyone had any experience of the Radsail buggy...on e-bay new for £199 but seems cheap compared to the flexifoil and Peter Lynn

It will a frist buggy for me so maybe its OK as a start

Any other ideas about picking up a second hand buggy...not that many on e-bay

Cheers

Hootie - dont know if you seen my other post, got a Libre V-Max for sale at £210... much better build than the Radsail and Peter Lynn, and some very generous people are willing to take it over to Ireland.

Send me a message for more info if you want it.

I do have pictures.. I'll post them in a second.

I couldnt put an age on it to be perfectly honest, I bought it in May 2006 and it was in very good condition. The front end has been repainted with Hammerite. Apart from that, very good condition, could also do a deal with various wider axles (1.45m, 1.5m) and frame extenders to give a bit of stability... I could have added Bigfoots but I've got a queue of buyers for them! Got a Buggybag aswell, which is very handy if you want to keep something on you without the fear of losing it. The buggy comes fitted with a Bellypan made by Dangerous Bob, has saved me many a time with rocks and whatnot... dont fancy getting rocks lodged up my arse on a speedrun!

To be honest, I'd be quite keen to get a deal on all the above, as it really is not selling as well as I had imagined, and the time when I need to buy new tools for work is getting ever closer! So could probably arrange a bit off here and there.

Here are the pictures. I'll put in the extra axle photos and the other buggy stuff I am selling.

Thats the buggy. Here's the axle etenders, yes they look tatty, but I am in the process of getting them sanded and will be painted soon.

Same with both these axles. This is the 1.5m, made by Dangerous Bob, very good condition, the main line is where my race number has been rubbing, but I will get a coat of paint on them.

This is a 1.45m axle... Made in Ireland! It was bent during a hit though, but had been restraightened by Kev and Tom, but to be honest I have never used it since. Handy to keep as a spare though. Again, it will be repainted.

And the BuggyBag.

Will also throw in a new set of nuts and bolts for the rear axle clamp.

Think i've covered everything, any questions give me a shout!

I'll be honest, I was looking for around £275 all in for it, If i sold it all seperately for the prices I wanted I would have got £315, but will cut it to £250 for everything due to the fact that I am in dire need of the money as the new job is looming ever closer.

Good buggy for the price and all those extras, I'm sure other members will agree.
