Hootie have you done much buggying before buying Adams bug?? Reason i ask is that the harness pulley arrangement your asking about is a fully captive system meaning that if you cant reach the safety in the event of an accident your stuck
If your just learning it would be much safer and easier for you to learn without using a harness it'll build up your upper body strength alot more and teach you how to fully control the kite.
If you have been doing this for a while but this is your first harness I'd suggest going for a seat harness ie - Libre, dakine, scrub etc with either a hook spreader bar or open roller spreader there's plenty of them going around - something like this -

If your dead set on getting a fully captive system and feel you have the experience to handle it my set up is -
A Black Diamond Climbing harness, Stainless steel shackle, Whichard quick release and finished with a holt allen block.
I got most of the equipment from here -

I'll try get you a pick of the set up tomorrow - tho again if your just starting this prob isn't the set up for you
Hope this helps
