lol, not sure if that will be possible but no harm in asking. Not sure what the difference is between this and the original flexi other than the price and it being made from steel rather than stainless.

Don't have the official price list yet but I have been told about the £450 mark and the stainless is now £500!!!

I got my stainless flexi for about £320 about 7 years ago! I could sell it for the same price now!

O I can beat that when I bought mine ( 7 1/2 years ago/ dec 2001 ) the right price was £300 but Dan Fouden had a sale on in his shop with 10% of everything so I got mine for £270, that was the first of the mk2 flexii buggys. It didnt get a splash guard with it back then tho.

I'm trying to remember how much i paid for mine - it was a combo deal from PKS flexi buggy and 3.5m Bullet, I'm pretty sure it was only about £400 for the both of them, of course it didn't cost me anything cause Emma bought for me as an Engagment present

Hmm imho that seems like a bit of an insult from flexi, I mean, why bump up the price of the older buggy and replace it with a lower spec buggy which is essentially the same but with cheaper materials. I mean, unless there is some significant structural / weight advantage to it, what's the point?

From what I can tell the Scout is the same as the stainless steel version since in the catalogue when you read about the Scout there is an option for a stainless steel version, which is what we all ride.
Maybe there is a world shortage of stainless steel and this is how flexifoil hope to keep up with demand, make a steel version.
