speedo 1 Year, 8 Months ago
Hi All
I am wondering if there is any one that would know of a device that would fit to a buggy, to record the mileage or would a cyclometer converted do the same job.

Hey Jim,

Yip a bike speedo from Halfords or such place will work know problem, just take extra care when measuring the dia. of the wheel when setting it up.

Alternativly you could buy yourself a GPS unit but to be honest with you a bike speedo would be fine!! - I have both a speedo and a gps unit on my buggies and at the end of most days they only read 0.1 / 0.2 mph of a difference.....

hi
thanks for your input,i have been pricing the holux it looks nice but kind of pricey for what i want it for, but if one comes on ebay at the right price i would buy it.
so it looks like halfords for a quick and easy option.

thanks Jim

If you think the GPS unit is pricey, perhaps this sport may be the wrong one for you because you are about to spend an obsene amount of money on kites, buggies, bearings, helmets, clothing, bags, gloves, transport, did I mention kites, etc. etc

Regards Mr Buggy

PS Halfords 9.99 speedo will be fine did me for years
