Well, got out for the first time in ages yesterday. Not been out in a long,long time on my board but the wind was saying ok and more importantly so was the missus.

Felt alot more confident than i have in the past and i have put this down to a mix of the beach being nice and hard and having more confidence in the kite. The wind was only blowing about 8 to 12mph max but my 7m bullet was doing good in the cruising stakes.

Had an absolute blast and had a smile on my face all day. Now i just need a bit more wind so i can try out my 7m speed properly. I think thatll help with the toeside stuff.

Yeah man im gonna have to. I think i met Dave a while ago, he had a shot in my buggy for a while down east beach. He had a rage i think, also had a scrub board?

Cant make tiree unfortunately, not gonna make Nairn this week either as im off to Inverurie tomorrow night then away to Dundee for the weekend.

Not that much chance of Northerlies or indeed any wind this week judging by XC!!! Never mine we should hopefully get plenty of the windy stuff next week!!!! (In Tiree!! :grin: )

just been down the vicky today and yes the wind is onshore brilliant !!! pity there is no wind my 8.5 blade was like jelly in the sky rubbish !! hope you guys have a great time in tiree !!
