craig and i went to st andrews today for a kiteseurf armed with a 6m phantom.

holy christ it was windy!!! i virtually had to be carried to the water for a while with the 6m phantom :shocked: we also managed to snap a rear line

the wind reports seem to be seriously under reading, i think it must have been touching at least 50!!!

only just warmed up properly....

edit- just noticed the met said it was between 30 and 48mph while we were out, still think its a slightly modest reading...

brutal brutal brutal! Never thought a wee 6m phantom could do that to 16stones of me!hahahah fun whilst it lasted though apart from the feeling that my face has been sandblasted! I thought angus was going to ping off at one point! We should have known it was a bad plan when my board took off and flew down the beach!
